Axel Bloom's linens are made by an Austrian weaving mill founded in 1951 and located above a cottage - a cottage industry!

The weaving mill of Katzmayr GesmbH is famous for table, bed linen and home textiles. It was founded in 1951 by Josef Katzmayr in Traber, Austria. Originally, its reputation was built on the quality of its products. Business grew steadily such that a substantial expansion of the enterprise was necessary. After a two-year construction period, in September 1971 new looms were installed above a new cottage building in Bath Leonfelden. This new building doubled production capacity. Today, a beautiful cottage welcomes the guests to a modern day version of a "cottage industry", close to the local entrance of the Mühlviertler health resort.
